Installing & Using
Baby / Safety GATE

For families with small children, or want some extra safety, we do have a baby gate you can use for your convenience. Please see the information below on where it is stored, how to set it up, and how to use it.

1.) The Baby Gate is stored just inside the door leading from the pool to the garage.

When you are done using it, please fold it back up and return it to its storage place. 

2.) Locate the wall mounts on either side of the patio, stretching the length of the pool.

One wall mount is to the right of the sliding door that loos into the kitchen (next to the shrubbery), and the other is on the corner of the house closest to the master bedroom & office.

3.) If you are having trouble unfolding, or folding, the gate up/out, you may have to loosen the top screws on the hinges. (see video below)

These screws are how you can shape the gate as you need. Though it should be noted that you will need to stretch the gate all the way out to the hinges BEFORE you make the adjustments you prefer.

4.) To mount the baby gate you will need to unscrew and slide the rod(s) through the wall mounts. (See video below)

Note: When the wall mount holes and rods are lined up correctly it should smoothly slide in you. If you feel like you are needing a lot of force to make it work, please stop and refer to the video. One adult should be able to set it up without much assistance.

5.) To open the doors on the baby gate, you will see there is a latch on the top railing. If you are looking for additional locking, you can use the small levers on the bottom.

The bottom locks do require a little bit of force. We believe they only go one way. If it feels like it is really hard to flip the lever up, try going the opposite way.
